What exactly is ADA compliant website design?  The Americans with Disabilities Act is designed to ensure that everyone has equal access to goods and services within the country.

In other words, if you have to go out of your way to provide wheelchair accessibility or make certain changes to your facility to make it more ADA compliant, then you are doing it properly.  However, if you simply choose to design your site with the minimum accessibility requirements in mind and hope that people won't be aware of them, you're going to come up short.
